I have worked to increase performance in the investment industry by training and coaching executives and investment professionals to capture the skills to become superior communicators. The most important thing is not the awareness but the skills. These are nuanced, finely honed interpersonal skills that when precisely taught in the investment management industry either individually or across an organization work.
